Overseas Network, November 29th On the 28th local time, Iranian students held a protest in Tehran, the capital, and burned American and Israeli flags at the scene to protest the assassination of nuclear scientist Fahri Zadeh.
According to the Israel Times, Iranian students held a protest outside the Iranian Foreign Ministry. These Iranian students are members of Basij, a paramilitary organization of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Fahri Zadeh is a senior official of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

In addition, small-scale protests have taken place in many places in Iran, including Mashhad and Qom. Photographs released by the Iranian Student News Agency (ISNA) show that demonstrators are also burning American and Israeli flags. Iranian Tasneem News Agency reported that the Islamic Student Union issued a statement calling for the expulsion of inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and condemning them as "spies". The student group also called for a boycott of negotiations with western countries until those behind the scenes were tried, and demanded a military response to the assassinations of Fahri Zadeh and Soleimani.

On the afternoon of 27th local time, an important Iranian nuclear physicist, Fahrizad, was assassinated near Tehran. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on 28th demanded that those involved in the killing of Fahri Zadeh be punished. Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif said that "significant signs" indicated that the Israeli-affiliated Fahri Zadeh was attacked.
Israel declined to comment on the attack on Fahri Zadeh. A spokesman for the Israeli Foreign Ministry said that Israel would not comment on the safety of foreign missions.
